I have to say, I love the Etsy community. I have found a fun, supportive bunch of very talented artists.
But, you're right. The admin is inexperienced and it shows...painfully. I've experienced it myself personally on numerous occasions. It makes me worry a little - if these people can't speed up their learning curve, I really can't say what is in store for Etsy's future. I find this kind of sad.
